Product Description
A rapid setting, high performance latex based two part smoothing compound consisting of a specially formulated powder component that is mixed with a pre-gauged, protein free and high polymer content liquid.
- Apply from 2 – 12mm in one application
- When mixed with additional aggregate it can be applied up to 30mm thick
- Suitable for commercial and domestic applications due to its excellent flow and adhesion properties
- No need to prime the large majority of substrates
- Moisture tolerant
- Suitable for use over sand/cement screeds, concrete, flooring grade asphalt/bitumen, moisture tolerant old adhesive residues, epoxy damp proof membranes and plywood
- Can be used over underfloor heated screeds and for encapsulating electric underfloor heating elements
- Remains workable for 20 – 25 minutes
- Will accept light foot traffic after 90 minutes in ideal conditions
- Apply tiles after 3 hours
- Apply decorative floor coverings after 4 hours
- Can be used to smooth sub-floors prior to the installation of a DPM
- Coverage: 5m2 at 3mm thickness
